Required Education

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred based on client notes)
Engineering degree required

Experience

Approximately 5 years required

Strong automotive EDS and wire harness experience required

Key Responsibilities

Support electrical distribution system and wire harness engineering activities.
Review supplier-generated designs and provide engineering feedback.
Coordinate design approvals issue resolution and project tracking.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of electrical harness components.
Identify technical barriers and recommend corrective actions.
Support both high-voltage and low-voltage vehicle wiring systems.
Review 3D CAD models and harness packaging designs.
Participate in engineering reviews and cross-functional discussions.
Track open actions and drive closure within project timelines.
