Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced EDI Consultant with strong OpenText / TrustedLink and JD Edwards expertise for a fully remote part-time consulting engagement expected to last 2 months.
This consultant will support ongoing EDI operations trading partner integrations troubleshooting and process optimization efforts within a JD Edwards environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently communicate effectively with both technical and business teams and start ASAP.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain EDI integrations within JD Edwards environments
- Work with OpenText / TrustedLink platforms for EDI processing and support
- Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures and data mapping issues
- Assist with trading partner onboarding and connectivity setup
- Monitor and resolve production EDI issues
- Support ANSI X12 transaction sets includingand related documents
- Collaborate with business users customers suppliers and technical teams
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as needed
- Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities
Required Experience
- Strong experience with OpenText and/or TrustedLink EDI platforms
- Experience integrating EDI solutions with JD Edwards ERP
- Hands-on experience with ANSI X12 transaction sets
- Experience troubleshooting EDI mappings and transaction processing issues
- Understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash business processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple trading partner implementations
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing distribution or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with legacy EDI environments and modernization efforts
