SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules based on business requirements and best practices.

Gather analyze and document client requirements translating them into functional and technical specifications.

Design compensation planning cycles including salary reviews bonus calculations merit increases budgets and eligibility rules.

Configure Variable Pay plans business goals payout formulas bonus schemes and performance-related compensation processes.

Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to provide solution recommendations and drive successful project delivery.

Perform system testing activities including unit testing SIT UAT support defect resolution and deployment validation.

Integrate Compensation and Variable Pay modules with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Performance & Goals and Workforce Analytics.

Provide production support and issue resolution ensuring system stability data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.

Prepare functional design documents configuration workbooks training materials and knowledge transfer documentation.

Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and innovations advising clients on new features and continuous improvement opportunities.
