Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Eureka California
Shift: Day Shift 5x8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer to join a supportive outpatient clinic setting in Eureka California. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a patient-focused environment while delivering high-quality cardiac imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality echocardiograms in an outpatient clinical setting
- Obtain accurate cardiac ultrasound images for physician interpretation
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain testing processes
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during examinations
- Accurately document patient information and imaging results
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient care
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure quality imaging standards
- Follow all facility policies infection control and patient safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonography experience required
- 2 years of experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Current BLS Certification required
- ARDMS or CCI RCS Certification required
- CCI and RDCS credentials preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Schedule & Work Environment

- Average Caseload: Approximately 8 patients per day
