Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Media Buyer to plan negotiate and execute advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The Media Buyer will be responsible for purchasing media space optimizing ad performance and ensuring campaigns reach the target audience efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute media buying strategies across platforms (e.g. social media search engines TV radio print).
  • Research and identify target audiences to ensure effective ad placement.
  • Negotiate rates placements and added value with media vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing creative and analytics teams to align campaigns with overall objectives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective media spending.
  • Stay updated on media trends tools and emerging platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in media buying or digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads Facebook/Meta Ads or programmatic tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROI).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Certification in digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Salary:

  • $18$20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
