Description
Nalley Consulting has an opportunity for an experienced Data Scientistto support on-going research and development efforts for functional characterization of WMD facilities and their associated design.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide data science machine learning and artificial intelligence support.
- Conduct data engineering tasks to integrate multiple APIs and support process automation data visualization and application integration.
- Develop tools to automate data analysis of large data sets.
- 4 years of experience using programming languages including Python R or Java to manipulate and analyze data
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics or relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
- Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results
- Combining multiple date sources into GUI (graphic user interface) and visual and geographicaldisplays.
- Pythonand Tableauexperience.
- Experience with data exploration data cleaning data analysis data visualization or data mining
- Experience with analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
- Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with developing predictive data models quantitative analyses and visualization of target data sources
- Experience with leading the development of solutions to complex problems
- Experience with natural language processing text mining or machine learning techniques
- Experience implementing automation in processing presenting or manipulating data
Other desired skills:
- Demonstrated ability writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
- 15 years of experience in solving DoD data science problems
- Experience in the development of algorithms leveraging Python and SQL
- Experience with developing solutions incorporating Large Language Models
- Experience with Python data science and visualization packages
- Experience with Excel MBA
- Experience with AC2SP R GitHub and Palantir
- An active CI polygraph
