Job Title: Data Engineer/Analyst- Associate
Location: Greensboro NC (need local candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Build maintain and enhance critical Power BI dashboards for Arrow Truck Sales and Channel Development teams.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models linked to operational performance metrics.
• Analyze financial and operational results identify trends and explain key performance drivers.
• Prepare executive-level reports dashboards presentations and business reviews.
• Partner with Operations Sales and Leadership teams to support planning and business decision-making.
• Conduct profitability analysis across products services and business units.
• Develop scenario models and forecasting tools to support strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across reporting and financial systems.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling Power Query; VBA preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Python R or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP Oracle Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data modeling reporting automation and dashboard development.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Analytics Economics Business or a related field.
• Experience working in data-driven environments with complex business operations.
• Strong background in financial analysis business analytics reporting or operational finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with driver-based planning forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Background in process automation and reporting optimization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business teams and operational finance functions.
• Strong understanding of cost structures margin analysis and profitability drivers.
