Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS services ETL processes data warehousing and big data technologies to support enterprise analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Build and optimize data ingestion and transformation processes for structured and unstructured data.
Develop cloud-based data solutions using AWS services and modern data engineering frameworks.
Implement and maintain data lakes and data warehouses for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Ensure data quality integrity security and governance across data platforms.
Optimize data processing performance and scalability.
Collaborate with architects developers analysts and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
Support CI/CD processes deployment automation and release management activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.
Create technical documentation and support data modernization initiatives.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services
Hands-on experience with ETL development
Experience building and maintaining Data Pipelines
Expertise in Python
Strong SQL development skills
Experience with Data Warehousing concepts
Knowledge of Big Data Technologies
Experience with AWS S3
Experience with AWS Glue
Experience with AWS Lambda
Experience with Amazon Redshift
Experience with EMR
Knowledge of Apache Spark
Familiarity with Kafka
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Experience with enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
Experience with real-time and batch processing architectures.
Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
AWS certifications are highly preferred.
Experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environmen
