Summary
The Creative Project Manager supports the Senior Creative Project Manager in executing creative production strategies and managing day-to-day project workflows. This role helps coordinate resources track timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a high volume of creative projects. As a detail-oriented communicator and collaborator the Brand Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is eager to learn and is passionate about creative operations and process excellence.
What Youll Do:
Project Coordination: Support the execution of creative projects (600 annually) by managing timelines tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
Intake and Scheduling: Assist in managing project intake mechanisms scheduling resources and maintaining calendars for shoots reviews and asset delivery.
Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks monitor progress and flag potential delays or dependencies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups.
Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking production budgets and vendor invoices; support cost optimization efforts under the guidance of the Senior Creative Project Manager.
Process Support: Help document workflows identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks such as file organization meeting coordination and documentation to support creative operations.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Project Management or a related field.
4-6 years of project coordination or management experience preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront Airtable Smartsheet) - 3-5 years in Workfront required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proactive and adaptable with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What Youll Receive:
As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $83000K to $100000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience skills geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
