The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating field operations managing crews and subcontractors monitoring project schedules and ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and according to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Oversee aerial and underground fiber construction projects Coordinate field crews subcontractors equipment and project resources Monitor schedules productivity quality and project completion Ensure compliance with company and jobsite safety requirements Communicate project progress and field issues with customers and management Resolve construction challenges and keep projects moving on schedule Verify completed work meets project specifications and quality standards Travel to project locations throughout Florida and nationwide as required Qualifications Previous telecommunications fiber OSP utility or related construction experience Construction management superintendent or field leadership experience preferred Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber installation Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced field environment Willingness and ability to travel extensively is required This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced telecommunications construction professional looking to join a growing organization with projects throughout the United States and company-paid travel expenses.
