Job Summary
The Process Conformity/MQGR Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between plant operations and manufacturing operational standards. The MQGR Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate process standards. The MQGR Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards. The MQRG Specialist is also responsible for continuously updating the Process Audit Checklist.Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Alignment between standard method and Plant quality audit executionIdentify training gaps of the auditorsOrganization of specific training session on the jobAudit Issues action plans monitoring & read acrossQAN network development/leading with ManufacturingIdentifying strength of controls within the Plant system on warranty/top plant issuesImproving in system containmentsProcess Audit check list updateDriving the development and deployment of MQGRs MQAS Corporate Process Guidelines Process Standards and associated requirementsManaging the priority of Quality issues and communicating them to the correct individuals as well as continuously soliciting feedback from those individualsDriving corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances where applicableDevelop maintain and communicate an audit schedule with the plants to ensure process complianceUtilize strong communication skills to support meetings at all levels of the company including senior leadershipEstablish partnerships both internally and externally and to influence without direct authorityProvides commitment and dedication in delivering a premier product to the consumer demonstrates initiative and the desire to drive change to exceed expectationsExhibits a willingness to do things differently and consistently translates ideas into actions that deliver resultsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment are neededRequirementsBasic Qualifications:Capacity to work in teamExceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externallyKnowledge of Problem Solving and Project ManagementKnowledge and ability to read the main Quality Key IndicatorsPreferred Requirements:Engineering/Technical degreeExperience in Manufacturing or Quality environmentExperience supervising hourlyPrevious Manufacturing and/or Quality experienceStellantis Customer Experience preferably in Safety Cost Station Layout Quality and EnvironmentKnowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW Paint GA Plastics)Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards & SPW Fundamentals
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Previous work experience conducting audits in a manufacturing environment (ie: familiarity with assembly stamping paint MQGRs MQAS CPGs CPA Torque)
Required Skills:
Process Quality Plant PIM/PRM PPS / Process Engineers to ensure that control plans are implemented and maintained (i.e. Driven by Standards Process Flow PFMEA Control Plans requirements AM/PM Schedules measurement/visibility)
Required Education:
Bachelors degree
