Job Summary
Position Summary
The Conference Manager supports the planning coordination and execution of continuing education programs and activities for the Adams School of Dentistry Office of Continuing Dental Education and AHEC . This position serves as a key liaison between faculty regional partners vendors and participants to ensure educational programs are delivered successfully and in compliance with University State and American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program ( ADA CERP ) guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating educational events from planning through completion; assisting with program logistics scheduling registration and communications; supporting the development of promotional materials and budgets; coordinating meeting spaces vendors and food and beverage arrangements; and maintaining compliance with applicable continuing education requirements. This position also collaborates with the nine regional AHEC offices to coordinate continuing education offerings and assist with securing faculty presenters for in-person and virtual programs throughout North Carolina.

Monday Friday; 8:00am 4:30pm
