As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNCs Corporate Banking organization you will be based in Cincinnati OH.

Role Summary

The Senior Client Relationship Representative (CRR Sr) serves as a critical partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) within Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) supporting the delivery of a consistent high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing complex servicing activities coordinating across multiple internal partners and ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance across all client-related processes. The Senior CRR operates with a high degree of ownership and independence acting as a central point of coordination for market demands client servicing KYC/compliance activities and operational execution.

• Provides sales service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
• Gathers required documentation. Prepares reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
• Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
• Initiates updates and verifies client account or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
• May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

Base Salary: $45500.00 $62500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.

Generally this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 06/03/2026 although it may be longer with business discretion.
