Civil Utility Project Manager
Location: North West Houston TX
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
LK Jordan is hiring a Civil Utility Project Manager to support civil/sitework construction projects. This is a primarily office-based role with limited site involvement focused on project coordination and execution.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with civil drawings and construction processes and can quickly step in with minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction projects (utilities sitework earthwork)
- Review and interpret civil drawings (grading utilities site plans)
- Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and stakeholders
- Monitor project scope schedules and budgets
- Ensure work is completed accurately and according to plan
Requirements
- Experience in civil construction / utilities / sitework
- Strong understanding of civil drawings and project execution
- Experience using Bluebeam and PlanSwift preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail accuracy is critical
