Willingham Works is a nurse-led woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified CNAs for staffing engagements when openings arise.
WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL
We are talking with Certified Nursing Assistants in Brownsburg Indiana and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right facility when needs arise.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
* Active Kentucky or Indiana CNA certification
* BLS preferred (not required to apply)
* Experience in skilled nursing long-term care hospital hospice dementia care or home health
* All shifts days evenings nights weekends
* New CNAs welcome recent graduates encouraged to apply
* Open to full-time part-time PRN or direct-hire

COMPENSATION
CNA engagements typically pay $14 $20 per hour varying by setting shift and experience. Some shifts pay premiums. Well discuss specifics during your intake conversation.
