Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all procurement actions pertaining to commercial and government furnished
Deliver equipment requiring test repair or calibration to the applicable destination.
Coordinate inventory and control of all government owned company owned and employee owned property tools and test equipment and maintain inventory records and
Coordinate all movement required in support of assigned critical assets as directed by the Production or Site Managers.
Store issue and order materials.
Maintain all assigned mechanically produced
Prepare tool/equipment repair/disposal
Coordinate the issue and return to stock all tools and special
Coordinate Missing Lost Stolen and Recovery (MLSR) Program as required.
Engrave etch tag or mark tools and equipment as necessary.
Visually inspect tools and equipment for wear or defects and report damaged and worn-out equipment and make minor repairs to tools as di
Ensure material supplies and equipment are purchased/requisitioned in accordance with approved property control procedures.
Coordinate adjustments to allowances for Government Furnished Property and compile usage data for periodic excessing review.
Make scheduled/unscheduled parts runs.
Pick-up and deliver documentation reports and related mail to the appropriate destination.
Perform technical research utilizing publications bulletins catalogs and directives.
Perform phase kit/related consumable material level adjustments as directed.
Retrieve repairable retrograde.
Ensure security of inventory control
Coordinate expediting effort for urgent requirements.
Type route and file correspondence and related documentation .

Accurately complete and sign individual employee daily ti
Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention and Tool Control rules and regulations including participation in FOD walkdowns when directed.
Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area.
Comply with established general and industrial safety rules and regulations as applicable to the contract facilities and job
Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must have five (5) years experience in aviation supply/inventory procedures with knowledge and experience in Naval Aviation Supply System Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Support Equipment Resource Management Information System (SERMIS) Government Furnished Property (GFP) control records and accountability as related to Organizational and Intermediate Level Maintenance.
Must demonstrate sound arithmetic
Must have practical knowledge of a wide range of common and specialized aircraft tools and Support
Must be knowledgeable in mechanized operations as they apply to Inventory Control
Have the knowledge and manual dexterity required to make minor repairs to hand
Must be able type accurately thirty (30) words per minute.
Must have a valid state operators license and be able to pass the government licensing requirements for support equipment and forklifts.
Obtain and maintain all applicable GSE Licenses.
Must become familiar with Company and Government Environmental Health and Safety Quality Control and Property Control policies and procedures and local operating procedures within sixty (60) days of date of hire or assignment to position.
Must be able to read speak write legibly and understand the English language.
Knowledge of materials used and safety precautions as applicable to usage.
