Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote this role you will identify and engage prospective clients generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships uncovering opportunities and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective customers through outbound prospecting efforts
- Conduct outreach via phone email LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within the CRM system
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns
- Meet or exceed activity lead generation and appointment-setting goals
- Stay informed about company products services industry trends and competitors
- Prepare reports on pipeline activity and prospect engagement
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in sales business development customer service or lead generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar systems
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
