About PuroClean PuroClean is known as The Paramedics of Property Damage a nationally recognized restoration company helping homeowners and businesses recover from water fire mold and biohazard damage. We are growing our Kalispell team and looking for a driven personable Business Development Representative to help us expand our presence in the Flathead Valley.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) including insurance agents property managers adjusters plumbers facilities managers and other referral sources
Conduct daily field visits to COIs throughout the Kalispell and Flathead Valley area
Host Lunch and Learn events to educate referral partners about PuroCleans services
Attend networking events Chamber of Commerce meetings and industry association events
Qualify prospects and develop a personalized route and sales activity plan
Track and document all COI interactions and referral activity
Work toward monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary
Tiered commission structure based on referred revenue generated
Quarterly performance bonuses available
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Coachable and eager to learn our systems and processes
Sales or customer service background preferred but not required
Basic computer and mobile device proficiency for reporting and communication
