Job Summary

Summary: The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company is seeking qualified Bilingual Field Case Specialists to support a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations including youth young adults and families. This role is designed for candidates with backgrounds in social work social services case management child welfare youth services family support community outreach crisis response or related human services fields. The Bilingual Field Case Specialist conducts in-person field visits supports respectful participant and household communication observes and documents general safety and wellness indicators confirms residence and household information and escalates urgent safety concerns through established reporting channels.


Travel: Frequent travel required (75%90%) including same-day regional and overnight travel. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assigned in-person field visits within an assigned geographic region.
  • Engage with participants families and household members in a respectful trauma-informed culturally responsive and professional manner.
  • Confirm whether a participant resides at an assigned residential location and document the outcome of each visit.
  • Observe and document general safety wellness and living-environment indicators using program-approved procedures.
  • Identify and document relevant household members contact information and relationship information as required by program protocols.
  • Support confirmation of school-related household contact and wellness-related information when assigned.
  • Use approved tools forms mobile technology and secure systems to complete timely and accurate documentation.
  • Prepare objective case notes field visit summaries contact notes and supporting documentation without opinion or unsupported conclusions.
  • Coordinate with supervisors dispatch language access quality review case coordination and program operations teams.
  • Conduct follow-up visits or support updated address follow-up when required.
  • Immediately escalate urgent safety concerns suspected abuse neglect abandonment trafficking indicators field safety concerns participant complaints or other reportable risk factors through established procedures.
  • Provide approved program information using established scripts talking points or procedures; do not provide legal advice.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and comply with standards of conduct during all participant family and household interactions.
  • Protect sensitive participant program and Government-related information.
  • Follow all field safety travel deployment communication and situational awareness protocols.
  • Maintain accurate calendars travel records mileage documentation communication logs case notes and visit documentation.
  • Participate in required training operational briefings quality assurance activities and staff meetings.
  • Travel extensively within assigned regions including short-notice travel and overnight travel when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Associate or bachelors degree in social work human services psychology sociology criminal justice family studies public health public administration emergency management or a related field is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in social services case management support child welfare support youth services family services community outreach crisis response residential/community visits human services field work or similar work required.

  • Ability to travel frequently on short notice via air and/or ground transportation including evenings weekends and overnight travel when required.
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to meet company travel and motor vehicle requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in residential and community-based field environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate objective and timely documentation and reports.
  • Ability to interact professionally with vulnerable populations and culturally diverse individuals in stressful or sensitive situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times.
  • Proficiency using smartphones tablets Microsoft Office email and electronic documentation systems.
  • Strong report-writing observation documentation and professional judgment skills.
  • Training or experience in trauma-informed care de-escalation mandated reporting safety planning cultural humility or crisis response. highly preferred.
  • Experience in child welfare foster care support family reunification support post-release services refugee/immigrant services victim services crisis intervention school-based support or similar human services environments highly preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; may be required for certain assignments.
  • Ability to complete required federal client and company training before beginning work.
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening and federal background/suitability processing.

Work Environment

This position primarily operates in field with frequent travel to assigned residential and community-settings across urban suburban and rural areas. Work may involve exposure to unpredictable environments and situations requiring heightened situational awareness professional judgment and adherence to field safety procedures. Work schedule may vary based on operational needs and authorized field visit windows. Evening weekends holidays extended-hour short-notice and overnight travel assignments may be required.


Federal Contract Requirements

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-employment screening requirements including background checks drug screening motor vehicle records review reference checks and other job-related screening requirements. Employment is also contingent upon successful completion of required federal background/suitability review favorable credit check security processing and program-specific onboarding before beginning work.


Employees assigned to this program must complete required training protect sensitive information comply with standards of conduct maintain professional boundaries and follow all reporting confidentiality privacy and information security requirements. Employees may be required to sign confidentiality non-disclosure conflict-of-interest and standards-of-conduct acknowledgments.
