We are seeking a AV Support Manager - IT Service Desk to join our team. This position is located in Washington DC and it is a hybrid role. The AV Support Manager is responsible for managing and delivering enterprise audiovisual services supporting government facilities conference rooms executive meetings and missioncritical events.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daytoday AV support operations across government facilities.
Support executivelevel meetings events and highvisibility briefings.
Coordinate AV system testing troubleshooting preventative maintenance and upgrades.
Manage AV vendor relationships and escalation activities.
Provide technical guidance and training for AV tools and collaboration platforms.
Maintain and update AV documentation procedures and user guides.
Track AV system performance metrics and report service effectiveness.
Required Experience
7 years supporting enterprise AV systems
3 years supporting AV services in a government or regulated environment
Experience supporting executivelevel or missioncritical meetings
Required Certifications
Certified Technology Specialist. CTSI or CTSD (Installation or Design)
Required Technologies
Enterprise AV systems (conference room hardware displays microphones cameras)
Video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms Zoom Webex)
AV ecosystems (Crestron Extron Poly or equivalent)
Networkconnected AV technologies and troubleshooting concepts

Physical and Mental Qualifications:
Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
