Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney IV with strong expertise in Government Contracts Employment & Labor Law Litigation Ethics and FOIA/Privacy Act matters.
The ideal candidate should have experience supporting federal or government legal environments and handling complex legal research litigation and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting federal or government legal environments and handling complex legal research litigation and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support related to government contracts employment law labor law ethics FOIA and Privacy Act matters
Review analyze and draft contracts agreements legal documents and policy-related materials
Handle litigation support before EEOC MSPB FLRA Federal/State Courts GAO and administrative tribunals
Prepare litigation documents case analysis discovery responses and legal recommendations
Assist in case management trial preparation and legal research
Advise stakeholders on compliance with federal laws regulations and agency policies
Support ethics programs including ethics training financial disclosure reviews and advisory opinions
Review and respond to FOIA and Privacy Act requests and related legal matters
Conduct complex legal and internet research using electronic legal databases
Provide legal support related to government contracts employment law labor law ethics FOIA and Privacy Act matters

Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in a U.S. state territory or the District of Columbia
Minimum 3 years of legal experience in government or private sector environments
Experience in at least two of the following areas:
Government Contracts
Employment & Labor Law
FOIA/Privacy Act
Litigation
Ethics
Experience handling cases before MSPB GAO Federal Courts or administrative tribunals
Strong communication analytical and legal drafting skills
Proficiency in legal research tools and electronic databases
Letter of Good Standing from State Bar Association required
