A premier international law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing employers in sophisticated employment litigation workplace investigations and labor and employment counseling matters.

Attorneys in law school classes are encouraged to apply

Experience representing employers in labor and employment litigation counseling and workplace investigations gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience handling disputes involving discrimination harassment retaliation wage and hour restrictive covenants and wrongful termination

Experience drafting dispositive motions discovery requests and responses briefs and other litigation filings

Experience representing clients before federal state and local administrative agencies including the EEOC and state labor agencies is preferred

Experience advising employers regarding compliance with federal state and local employment laws

Experience conducting internal investigations and counseling clients on workplace issues is a plus

Experience drafting employment agreements separation agreements employee handbooks and workplace policies is preferred

Strong legal research writing analytical and advocacy skills

Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
