Leads a team of client service professionals responsible for delivering high-quality service and maximizing client value. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful adoption of data and technology solutions. What You Will Do

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing client services team

• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner

• Translate client needs into actionable solutions and service plans

• Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues

• Drive adoption of data and technology solutions across clients and teams

• Monitor performance and service delivery metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client success

• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies

Technical Expertise

• Quickly learn new platforms tools and data solutions

• Translate technical concepts into clear guidance for clients and internal teams

• Lead onboarding training and ongoing enablement for new capabilities

• Support clients and teams in effectively utilizing technology solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required

• Experience in client services account management or related roles

• Proven people management experience

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Experience training internal teams and/or external clients

• Strong communication project management and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with data analytics or technology-driven solutions preferred
