Role Overview:

Highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for critical business applications and payment gateway systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Linux Windows and observability tools with a working knowledge of AWS and ServiceNow.
This role requires close collaboration with multi-functional teams across different geographical regions proactive incident management and effective stakeholder communication to ensure seamless application availability and performance.
