- Serve as a technical lead for developmental and commercialized chemical/coating products for automotive electronic applications.
- Optimize material application processes and interact directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve product/process issues.
- Lead and participate in customer visits product demonstrations technical recommendations training sessions and strategic problem-solving initiatives.
- Conduct laboratory testing and experiments for both internal teams and external customers.
- Provide technical training to field sales customers and support talent development within the team.
- Prepare and write detailed lab reports and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with dispense equipment suppliers and ensure adherence to automotive quality systems and requirements.
- Utilize skills in account management analytical thinking Lean/Six Sigma and technical business reporting.
- Apply expertise in mechanical or chemical engineering to support automotive adhesive applications.
