Key Responsibilities:
Identifyand recognize weaknesses inTactics Techniques and Procedures(TTP)find constructive solutions and make recommendations on how best practices and TTPs are incorporated into trainingand current operations.
Provide end-to-end technicalassistancefor scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence training and readiness events.
Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products including reports briefings and assessments to inform mission planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and operators to ensuretimelyandaccurateintelligence delivery.
Maintainproficiencyin analytical tools methodologies and software to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.
Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
Travel may be(Up to 15%)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience Level: Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 4 years with PhD
Familiarity with analytical tools databases and software used in ISR operations.
FamiliaritywithAFMAN 11-415Weapons and Tactics Programs and supplements.
Experienceplanning or providing technical support toLarge Force Employment exercises
Skills:
Exceptional analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienceat Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorateor similar military organization.
DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 111 Basic Level.

Target Salary Range
$80000 - $128000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
