This role requires a dependable professional who can manage complex administrative systems supervise staff and ensure accuracy across multiple operational areas.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field; OR
A bachelors degree.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.Job Specification

Job Duties:Supervise and perform administrative functions across accounting purchasing inventory property control fleet mail operations and professional contractor coordination.
Lead three staff members; manage leave evaluations training and disciplinary recommendations.
Oversee key financial processes including petty cash Imprest accounts deposits reconciliations and required reporting.
Manage Inmate Banking and canteen operations including deposits disbursements inventory and sales reconciliation.
Process purchasing requests renew licenses/certifications and support Visa procurement card transactions.
Conduct property control and fleet audits; maintain safety compliance and ORM documentation.
Coordinate with auditors vendors and agency staff to resolve operational issues and ensure accurate documentation.
