Job Description:
- Admin for parking passes
- Admin for building access for both corporate buildings
- Regularly monitoring the 6th and 7th floor for security purposes
- Assisting with Corporate events
- Retrieving lunches printing material setting up PowerPoints etc.
- Admin for corporate directories and telephone lists
- Coordinating meetings
- Daily and Monthly reporting
- Assisting with scheduling/planning for new hire training classes/meetings
- Document Review
- Submitting maintenance requests
- Submitting conference room requests/reservations
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
- Answering phones/directing call volume (roughly 100 calls/day)when Receptionist is unavailable
- Other duties assigned

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay is $18.00-$21.50 per hour

Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task problem solve and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting normal walking bending twisting and stretching Requires frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
