Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
AAR a SOCOTEC Company is seeking a reliable organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lacey Washington. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and assisting both the Operations Manager and Administration Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
- Organize and manage electronic filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Administration Manager
- Answer emails and assist with general office communication
- Prepare documents reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with scheduling coordination and other office tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Administration Manager
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required

Expected salary range: $20-25/hour depending on qualifications
