Job Summary
About the exciting opportunity:
- Permanent full-time Monday - Friday role at our busy 95 bed Fairfield aged care home
- Work at reception and be the first point of contact for enquiries from staff consumers and their relatives
- Facilitate a welcoming environment where high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
- Alongside another Administration Officer provide comprehensive administrative support to the homes management team
- Manage the homes filing system including the archiving process
- Help to arrange shift cover for unplanned employee absences

About you:
- Successful track record as an Administration Assistant ideally in a fast-paced health care environment
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and able to quickly learn new systems
- Welcoming confident organised able to multi-task and thrives in a busy environment with competing priorities
- A helpful team player with strong communication skills and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
