KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
- Revenue & Growth
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned territory.
- Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and introduction of new products to existing accounts.
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations including Purchasing Operations and R&D.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each key client.
- Market Intelligence & Communication
- Monitor and report on market trends competitive activity and customer feedback through detailed call and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and innovation based on customer needs.
- Travel & Representation
- Represent the company at client meetings industry events and trade shows as needed.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism while traveling throughout the territory.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 2 Years with direct B2B customer engagement sales technical service customer service or equivalent.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel by car air or other means as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Business or related field.
- Technical background to complement selling skills.
