What success looks like in this role: Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations SLAs contacts and events count AHT ToT etc).Set solution and pricing strategy work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions risk
