Job Purpose

To deliver an efficient friendly bar service while supporting the safe and compliant operation of the College bar.

Main duties

Serve drinks in accordance with licensing laws and College policy

Provide high standards of customer service

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all bar areas including equipment

Operate tills and handle payments accurately

Support setup restocking and closing procedures

Promote a safe environment and ensure responsible customer behaviour

Hughes Hall is a College of the University of Cambridge with a vibrant international and friendly academic atmosphere.
