Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Management Information Officer to support the production of high-quality reports presentations and management information across a range of business areas. The role requires strong analytical skills excellent written communication and the ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft professional reports briefings and PowerPoint presentations
Analyse and interpret data to support reporting and decision-making
Produce clear accurate and concise information in plain English
Manage and prioritise multiple deadlines and requests
Collate validate and present management information from various data sources
Support stakeholders with reporting and information requests
Essential Requirements:
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Excellent written communication and report writing ability
Experience producing professional reports and presentations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and proactively
