EHS Support Specialist

Job Summary
The position is a full time site based role working Monday to Friday.
The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced chemicals supplying to many companies worldwide.
Your main duties will be:
- Safely handle and manage hazardous chemicals including COSHH coordination chemical safety guidance and SDS reviews.
- Assist with audit preparation including action tracking and gathering evidence.
- Assist with permit variations notifications and regulatory communications as required.
- Update documentation including risk assessments training records and procedures.
- Degree or HNC in Chemistry or relevant degree.
- Experience in a similar industrial EHS role.
- Experience with incident investigation risk assessment and contractor management.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals or chemical processes.
- Understanding of UK EHS legislation and its practical application.
