• Salary: £13.31 per hour
• Shift Pattern: 8am-8pm OR 8pm-8am

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Bank Care Practitioners to join our team at the brand-new Manor Park Care Home in the beautiful market town of Malton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible working allowing you to pick up shifts that suit your availability while making a meaningful difference to residents’ lives.

As a Care Practitioner you will play a vital role in supporting our residents ensuring their comfort dignity and wellbeing at all times. Whether working days or nights you’ll help create a safe warm and engaging environment where residents feel respected and valued.

Key Responsibilities.

• Provide high-quality personal care including assistance with washing dressing and mobility
• Support residents with meals hydration and social activities
• Respond promptly to call bells and changes in residents’ needs
• Maintain accurate care records and handover notes
• Follow infection control and health & safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure continuity of care
• Help create a positive and stimulating environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
• A calm patient and compassionate approach
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• A commitment to person-centred care and maintaining dignity
