Advanced Social Work Practitioner (Hospital Team)

The Hospital Social Work Team are looking for an experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to support a very busy team.

Previous hospital experience is preferred but not essential we are looking for someone that enjoys fast paced work is passionate about delivering a first class service to the residents of Bedford Borough.

You must possess excellent communication skills and be capable of supporting the team to ensure a first class service is provided at all times.

Youwillenjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and it is essential that you are able to build good relationships with all our partner organisations.

Please note this role involves working from an office based on the main hospital site and from home.
