On behalf of SPIRO we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Creative Designer to work in Kampala.

Job purpose:
To deliver high-quality visual assets across digital print and corporate communications while leveraging AI tools to increase creative quality speed and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design static creatives for social media campaigns and digital platforms.
Develop motion graphics and simple animations for digital channels.
Design corporate documents including proposals reports presentations and company profiles.
Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and creative executions.
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation design development image creation presentation design and content production.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects and consistently deliver within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with marketing communications and commercial teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects).
Strong graphic design layout and typography skills.
Motion graphics and animation capability.
Strong document and presentation design expertise.
AI-fluent with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT Midjourney Firefly Canva AI and other emerging creative technologies.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong project and time management skills.

Timely delivery of briefs.
Adoption of AI to improve productivity and turnaround times.
Brand consistency across all assets.
