Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of AI-driven product initiatives across consumer-facing experiences;
- Help define and optimize personalized recommendation-based and conversational AI features to drive user engagement;
- Partner with engineering design data and business teams to deliver product improvements on time;
- Translate user needs business goals and market insights into clear product requirements;
- Use data user feedback and testing results to refine product experience and performance;
- Contribute to product innovation in AI interaction personalization content discovery and generated experiences
Qualifications
- 5 years of product management experience preferably in consumer internet platform or AI-related products;
- Experience in recommendation systems search personalization or conversational products is preferred;
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver within a defined contract period.
