Job Summary

What Youll Do
- Lead maintenance operations plan implement and control maintenance activities for power generation plant or large industrial facilities with rotating equipment ensuring safety quality and performance standards are met.
- Manage project execution coordinate O&M activities within defined financial and commercial parameters keeping projects on schedule and customers informed and satisfied.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement troubleshoot operational issues propose improvement solutions and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee budget fundamentals monitor operational costs and apply sound budgeting practices to support financial performance.
- Serve as the key customer interface build and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as their primary point of contact for station management matters.
Who You Are
You are an experienced operations or maintenance professional with a hands-on understanding of power generation or heavy industrial environments someone who is equally comfortable leading a team on the plant floor and presenting updates to a customer.
Required
- Significant experience in the maintenance of power generation plant or large industrial facilities with rotating equipment
- Working knowledge of maintenance planning implementation and control methodologies
- Foundational understanding of budgeting and cost management
- Solid understanding of power generation processes and systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical improvement solutions
- Risk assessment capability and a strong safety-first mindset
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document and communicate findings clearly
- Experience planning marketing and executing operational programmes
- Established project management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies
A formal qualification in Engineering Technical Management or a related field is advantageous but we are most interested in your total professional experience and demonstrated achievements in comparable environments.
