Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead the organizations IT operations infrastructure and technology initiatives. The role involves ensuring system reliability cybersecurity and the effective implementation of IT strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals and the digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead and manage the overall IT function including the SAP S/4 Hana Functional team the Development team the BI & Analytics team and the IT Infrastructure & IS Security team.
• Oversee the entire IT operation of the company ensuring performance stability and continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology-driven improvements and innovation opportunities.
• Ensure data Confidentiality integrity availability and compliance across all IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IT with substantial exposure to SAP S/4 Hana environments.
• A strong understanding of business operations within the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of data warehousing SQL ETL processes and dashboarding tools will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
