Job Summary

Design end-to-end AI solutions based on business requirements
Develop and deploy machine learning models for various use cases
Build predictive analytics solutions to support data-driven decision making
Develop recommendation engines to enhance user/customer experience
Create customer segmentation models using ML techniques
Design and implement intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency
Implement Generative AI solutions across relevant business use cases
Build AI assistants and chatbots for internal or customer-facing needs
Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Develop enterprise knowledge search solutions
Build software development copilots to support engineering teams
Create employee productivity assistants powered by AI

Requirements

6 years of relevant experience in AI/ML solution development
Strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment
Proven expertise in Generative AI implementation including RAG-based architectures
Experience building chatbots virtual assistants or copilots
Familiarity with enterprise search and knowledge management solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
