Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition employee engagement and maintaining HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcingscreening and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
- Support performance management processes and KPI tracking
- Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Support HR reporting and analytics for management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- 25 years of experience for HR Executive / 5 years for Senior HR Executive
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
