Why this role exists
We want to give the next generation of growth operators a way in. The Growth Intern works alongside our Business Analysts Specialists and Managers on live growth bets running experiments pulling data building lists and getting their hands dirty across the full GTM stack.
This is a chance to learn how a category-defining regtech goes from zero to one in real time. Youll see how strategy turns into execution how experiments turn into pipeline and how a small team builds the operating cadence that compounds.
What youll do
Growth execution support
Support live experiments end-to-end prospect list-building sequence setup data entry QA basic reporting.
Build clean datasets and back-of-envelope analyses that help the team decide what to do next.
Ship scrappy AI-powered automations for repetitive tasks (your own and the teams).
Learning and operating cadence
Sit in on customer calls weekly growth reviews and post-mortems; capture notes and follow-up actions.
Document the playbooks you observe so the teams knowledge compounds beyond you.
What were looking for
Penultimate-year or recent graduate in a quantitative discipline (engineering commerce economics maths computer science finance).
Evidence of breaking ambiguous problems into something tractable internships side projects competitions student societies all count.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Youve already used AI tools (agents automations Claude / ChatGPT workflows) to make your own life faster.
Curiosity about regtech B2B SaaS or financial services.
Build foundational knowledge of our market product and customers.
