We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to act as an AI enabler within the Delivery Management function. This is a hands-on analytical role; you will work closely with the Delivery BI team and Delivery Governance to observe how delivery and governance processes run day-to-day identify recurring manual effort as automation candidates and support building and validating AI-driven solutions that reduce operational overhead.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year undergraduate who enjoys working with data asking why do we do it this way and turning observations into practical AI-enabled improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Observe and document recurring delivery governance activities; reporting tracking and reconciliations ; treating each as a candidate for AI-driven automation
Analyze operational workflows to identify repetitive manual effort and prioritize automation opportunities by impact and feasibility
Support building AI-driven solutions for prioritized processes; including Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases Copilot Studio agents automation scripts and automated reporting flows
Assist in validating AI-generated outputs from a human-judgment perspective ensuring accuracy quality and governance compliance before automated solutions are relied upon
Document processes automation designs and validation findings clearly for review by the Delivery team
Collaborate with delivery stakeholders under supervision to gather feedback and support adoption of automated solutions
Person Specifications
Recent graduate or undergraduate (final year) in quantitative or analytical discipline; e.g. statistics mathematics management information systems industrial management business analytics or similar
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required; exposure to SQL Power BI basic Python scripting or AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio or similar platforms will be an added advantage
A keen analyst: strong attention to detail comfort with numbers and structured information and genuine curiosity about how processes work; and how AI can improve them
Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain findings simply
Proactive organized and comfortable asking questions
