Client Service Delivery Lead (Java Full Stack Developer)

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Client Service Delivery Lead (Java Full Stack Developer) to support a large-scale digital application development initiative within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for leading the architecture and development of a new enterprise system while contributing hands-on to both front-end and back-end development. The successful candidate will oversee development activities collaborate within Agile and DevOps environments and deliver scalable cloud-native solutions using modern Java technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and development of a new enterprise application.
• Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Java full stack technologies.
• Oversee and mentor developers to ensure high-quality technical delivery.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications using modern development frameworks.
• Develop solutions using Spring Framework Quarkus or similar Java frameworks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.
• Apply DevOps principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Develop event-driven solutions using messaging platforms such as Kafka and AMQP.
• Configure and support monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus Grafana or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver business requirements.
• Participate in technical design discussions code reviews and architecture decisions.
• Ensure application quality scalability security and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development and delivery processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java full stack software development.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise applications across both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong expertise in Java and modern application frameworks including Spring Framework and/or Quarkus.
• Experience working in Agile software development and DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with cloud-native development and Infrastructure as Code concepts including GitOps ArgoCD and Terraform.
• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures using messaging technologies such as Kafka or AMQP.
• Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of software architecture system integration and application performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead development teams while remaining actively involved in technical implementation.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
