Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and inspire Business Intelligence teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
- Develop and drive BI strategies that support business goals and decision-making
- Design build and optimise dashboards reports and data visualisations
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting and analytics requirements
- Oversee data modelling ETL processes and data warehousing initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance across BI platforms
- Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and analytics capabilities
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate insights effectively
- Stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and BI best practices
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or Data Warehousing
- Minimum 2 years experience leading and developing BI teams
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar BI platforms
- Strong SQL skills with experience in data modelling ETL processes and data warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple business functions
- Proven track record of delivering impactful reporting analytics and dashboard solutions
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends within the BI and data analytics space
