Why Your Role Matters
As a B2B Web3 Customer Support Specialist you will help business clients confidently navigate crypto transactions and blockchain workflows. Your ability to combine excellent customer service with technical accuracy will ensure clients can securely send receive and verify digital funds while trusting Trustyfys infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to users and business clients via email chat and phone ensuring prompt and accurate issue resolution.


Educate and guide users on interacting with decentralized applications (DApps) and using crypto wallets securely including tools such as MetaMask.


Assist clients with sending receiving and verifying crypto transactions including transaction validation using explorers such as Etherscan.


Troubleshoot issues related to blockchain networks wallet integrations and decentralized applications.


Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions technical concerns and service recommendations.
Skills and Experience
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service technical support or client success ideally within fintech Web3 or blockchain environments.


Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with crypto wallets blockchain transactions and DApps. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Web3 tools.


Customer Service Skills: Strong communication empathy and client-focused problem-solving abilities.


Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.


Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.


Work Ethic: Highly reliable self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.


Availability:
Schedule Options: UK US or AUS timezones
Must be open to working on weekends
40 hours per week 5 working days

Salary
YOUR PAYMENT IS FIXED AND GUARANTEED. This means you will be paid even if workload temporarily fluctuates (although consistent workload is expected).
