Transport Supervisor

About the Role

• Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules routes and vehicle allocations.
• Monitor and optimize fleet utilization delivery performance and operational productivity.
• Supervise drivers and transport coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) for job planning dispatching tracking and reporting.
• Ensure timely updates of delivery status and operational records.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues service disruptions and customer escalations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations company policies and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse customer service and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of deliveries.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Transportation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport logistics or distribution operations.
• Proven experience in transport planning fleet management and driver supervision.
• Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
