Job Overview:
As the Regional Contract Logistic Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contract logistics services across multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our contracts while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review prepare and manage Warehouse Storage Agreements (WSAs) and all associated legal documentation with suppliers
- Verify supplier liability insurance requirements against established coverage precedents to maintain consistent standards across all suppliers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clarify contract queries negotiate terms and ensure timely execution of agreements
- Maintain accurate organised records of all signed agreements amendments and valid insurance certificates for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate EDI enablement and customer portal access as part of the standard onboarding workflow
- Follow test and refine the supplier onboarding framework to ensure consistent repeatable processes for all new accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier operational and system-related enquiries
Job Requirements:
- At least 7 years of working experience in contract logistics within the freight forwading and supply chain industries.
- Working knowledge of WMS platforms EDI workflows and customer portal systems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including IT Legal Sales and Operations
- Sound and relevant experience in warehouse operations supply chain management account management or a related operations function
